Students help stranger at Kroger. As teachers were spending Wednesday, Aug. 13, preparing for the first day of school on Thursday, four Bethany students spent some of their last vacation time helping a stranger.
Following is a note of appreciation that a woman sent to the school and to the Goshen News:
"To Bethany [Christian] High School and the four young men who paid for my groceries at Kroger last Wednesday: what a pleasant surprise! You have a very nice school and I know these boys will go a long way in this world. God bless you all."
